Cancellation Policy
Deposit equivalent to 25% of rental fee (excluding cleaning) is due to secure reservation.
Cancellations more than 8 weeks before your arrival - You may be entitled to the deposit refund upon owners discretion (this is dependent on the property being re-let on your reservation dates)
Balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival plus cleaning fee.
Cancellations less than 8 weeks before your arrival - No monies will be refunded.

Parking for one car in the underground car park - there is a pay and display car park a short distance away - payable by coins or JustPark
