In the High Season our changeover day is Saturday. For the rest of the year we are flexible.
Bedrooms:-
- Ground floor master family bedroom with King size bed and folding guest bed, ensuite bathroom and travel cot.
- Ground floor second bedroom with King size bed and ensuite shower room
- First floor bunk bedroom - suitable for children only
- Lower ground floor - den with a double sofa bed.
First Floor:-
- Kitchen with ceramic hob and fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, toaster and fitted cupboards etc
- Dining table with seating for 6 plus one high chair
- Lounge area with Flat Screen TV, Netflix, Blue tooth wifi, BT freeview channels only
- French doors to balcony with seating for 6
Den/Games Room
- Table football and Xbox plus flat screen TV
- Three seat double bed settee
- Steam shower room
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble Dryer

Dog friendly holiday home, maximum of two dogs but we ask that dogs are not permitted to be left alone to assure quiet enjoyment for all guests staying on site.
Please ensure you bring essentials with you as the local shop is not 24/7. We provide some kitchen cleaner, cloths, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, all bathrooms have hand soap and bathroom tissue. In the kitchen you will find tea, coffee, sugar but we do not provide milk or breakfast items.
